Denver Realtor meets with the sellers at the property if they can be there. We like to do a thorough walk through so that when We list the property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)  and make flyers, online blogs, viral marketing techniques, and marketing material we can accurately describe what the property offers. Often times this entails measuring rooms, taking photos and video and taking thorough notes about various details regarding the property. Once we have this done the real work begins. We list the property on the MLS with photos.

We list the property on the MLS with photos an/ or video, make sure it’s all set to branch out to various other real estate websites (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com etc) and supply flyers for the flyer box on the sign or signs on the property. I’m also happy to schedule open house events for the property at the seller’s convenience. Showings from agents with qualified buyers are scheduled at the sellers convenience through our professional showing service that keeps a complete record of all persons who visit the property. Once we receive an offer or offers we discuss the pros and cons of each and every offer with the sellers and take time to answer any and all questions regarding the offers. Often times the logistics of the move are a primary concern to sellers. I appreciate that fact and it’s part of our job to work out the details of each transaction to try and ensure as smooth of a transition as possible. Throughout the selling

When you hire us as your Realtor you will never find your phone calls, emails or text messages not responded to. To us, communication is the key to each and every transaction. Finally, we make time to attend each closing so I can oversee the details of the everything and insure that the seller receives the exact proceeds that they have anticipated receiving.
