Denver Realtor meets with the buyers (in person if at all possible) in order to gain a clear and thorough understanding of exactly what their wants and needs are. If they don’t already have financing in place we refer them to one of our preferred lenders to assist with that. Once the financing is in place we can begin our search for properties that are within the buyer’s price range. Typically we set up a detailed daily search that provides the buyers with all available listings that match the wants and needs we have discussed. Just as soon as we find properties that match our team schedule appointments at the buyer’s convenience to go and view the properties. If the buyer lives out of state or country we go and view them personally to take video and still shots to send via e-mail for the buyers to review. Once a property or properties have been selected our team will prepare the offer for submission. Once we have acceptance we work hand in hand with the lender to insure all details are provided for the buyer’s financing. We also attend the home inspection so we can see for ourselves about any issues that may arise. Should there be inspection issues our team prepares the necessary documents to notify the sellers and work with all parties to resolve any and all issues. Finally we attend the closing to make absolutely sure all documentation is provided for any repairs and also to make sure all paperwork is properly executed at the closing table.
